1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Young Blood Agency (“we”, “our”, “us”) and you (“the client”, “you”) when you engage our services or use our website. By working with us or submitting information via our forms, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Any changes to the agreed scope may result in adjustments to timelines and/or fees.

3. Confidentiality

All information you share with us will be treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full ownership of final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Productions are paid in two 50% terms that consist of a ‘pre-production invoice’* and a ‘final invoice’.

Pre-production invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur statutory interest and collection costs as permitted under Dutch law.

Final invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur statutory interest and collection costs as permitted under Dutch law.

* Pre-production invoices cover the following tasks:

  • Building landing / application page

  • Creating and publishing open calls

  • Create targeted ad (if applicable)

  • Culling and select artist(s)

  • Create artist proposal(s)

  • Concept development (if applicable)

  • Brand identity proposal(s) (if applicable)

  • Creative concept proposal(s) (if applicable)

6. Liability

We will deliver services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
