Terms and Conditions - Please read!

1. How to Apply

• You must be between the age of 18 and 30 years old.

• Apply by filling out the form on this page.

• Please submit a maximum of three of your favorite artworks.

• Include a Google Drive link and/or direct links to your selected artworks.

2. Selection Process

• One artist will be selected and contacted each month. Your submission may be selected at a later date. Hang in there, chances are that you will be contacted in the future.

• If your artwork is selected, we will get in touch with you directly to request additional information.

3. Artist Compensation

• After we get in touch, we will also request your payment information for the one-time payment of €100 (ex VAT if applicable).

4. Use of Artwork

• By submitting your work, you agree that, after contacting you, we may print the chosen artwork as 100 printed cards, of which you will receive 25.

• All rights and ownership over the artwork remain with you, the artist.

• We will always include your name and your contact information on the ArtCard (unless you do not prefer this).

• If your artwork features a model/person; you must include a signed permission (model release) form for us to be allowed to print it. We can help you with that!

• We will not sell ArtCards. The cards will only be used to promote the artworks and spread our message.

5. Data Privacy

• We only use the information and artwork you provide for the purposes of selection and communication directly related to this project only.

• We do not share or use your data for any other purpose.
